Bylaws
The Municipal Government Act authorizes the Village to create and enforce bylaws to maintain the health, safety and wellness of the community. Warburg's bylaws are enacted by Council and maintained by the Chief Administrative Officer.
- The bylaws listed on this page are the most frequently requested by-laws that apply within the Village of Warburg and are provided for convenience and information only
- Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of these bylaws; however, these are not the official versions - only the printed/signed and sealed version of a bylaw issued by the Chief Administrative Officer is an official version.
- The Village of Warburg will in no case be held liable or responsible for damages of any kind arising out of the use of online copies of bylaws.
